Dispute Resolution with Nextility

Nextility will do its best to ensure our customers get the friendliest service around.

We recognize that—from time to time—things arise that need a little more attention. When that happens, we’ll give our best effort to remedy it.

The process for that is simple:

  2. If the dispute is not resolved within 45 days, the parties may seek all avenues of relief as may be available pursuant to the Terms of Service between you and Nextility.
